📖 What Bible versions do you recommend for the devotional?

We suggest reading Awaken alongside the Bible. A physical bible is recommended but the Bible app is a great free resource as well. These are wonderful translations as a newer Christian:

• NLT – New Living Translation

• CSB – Christian Standard Bible

• NIV – New International Version

📦 How does shipping and fulfillment work?

Each copy of Awaken is printed just for you through our professional print-on-demand partner.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for printing, plus shipping time.

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

💳 Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each order is made-to-order, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect selection.

However, we absolutely want you to receive a quality book. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will send a replacement copy at no cost. No return needed.

📷 What qualifies for a replacement?

To qualify for a free reprint, please use the Contact form within 7 days of delivery and upload clear photos of the issue. Valid reasons include:

• Printing defects (missing pages, wrong interior, alignment errors)

• Manufacturing issues (binding, ink smears, water damage)

• Shipping damage (crushed spine, severely bent corners)

Please Note:

• Minor wear during transit does not qualify

• Wrong item ordered, format misunderstandings, or changes of mind are not eligible

• Replacements are issued once the issue is confirmed via photo
